Time to Pray, Time to Stand! It is obvious that we can no longer sit idly by and watch as more children are killed for the sake of convenience! Over 50 million lives have been lost since Roe vs. Wade. If those were our sons and daughters fighting over seas in a war, we would be outraged at these numbers, but as of now we seem to forget that someone has to stand up against this devastating mass murder. This generation of young people in high school and junior high are only 2/3 of how many they should be. Their peers were wiped away before they even got the chance to live! Who will speak for them? Who will stand up for God's Word and proclaim the Truth? It's our turn to take action! Contact our Governors, our Senators, and our President. They need to know that this is not what the people want. They will never know or change if we don't tell them!

Clinics Close
All five abortion clinics in the Cape Cod area of Massachusetts have closed. NARAL Pro-Choice America blames the pro-life movement, which they say casts a negative light on abortion. Ann Fox, president of Massachusetts Citizens for Life, said most of the stigma is within the medical community. "It's not interesting, it's not life-saving," she said, "It's not any of the things that doctors go into medicine for."
Dr. Patty Giebink was an abortionist for Planned Parenthood® in the 1990s, but had a change of heart. She's now a strong voice for life. "The people who are still doing abortions, many of them are lying and are in it for the money," she said. "They don't care about women." Giebink noted the reasons people are pro-abortion are coming apart at the seams.
Planned Parenthood has announced the closing of many abortion clinics in the past several months, including six in El Paso, Texas, and another six in Indiana. [CitizenLink.com]

Hate Crime Amendment There was no way to stop the Thought Crimes legislation pushed by radical Democrats in Congress .... BUT ... Senator Sam Brownback was able to add an amendment in the Senate to protect religious speech. Without his amendment it could literally be against the law to quote the Bible on issues of homosexuality. The Brownback amendment was agreed to by an overwhelming majority of the Senate, with a vote of 78-13. Although passed in the Senate, his amendment is not in the House version of the bill. That means it is up to a House-Senate conference committee to decide if it will be in the final bill. Because "Hate Crimes" legislation was attached to a defense authorization bill it is important to contact members of the House Armed Services Committee, both Democrat and Republican, on this issue. Contact List Let them know how you feel about the Brownback Amendment to "Hate Crimes."

CHRISTIAN ORPHANAGE WORKERS BEHEADED - Four Christian aid workers kidnapped by Muslims in Somalia have been beheaded. The "apostates" were told they could save their lives by returning to Islam. After they refused the offer, they were beheaded for "apostasy." A spokesman for the murderous Islamic group called Al-Shabaab, said the bodies would be returned because "Somalia does not have cemeteries for infidels." More than 250 other innocent civilians and aid workers have been murdered by Muslims in the last seven days in nations such as Russia, India, Jordan, Thailand, Iraq and Afghanistan.
